It is prohibited to place orders for promotion of content that:

• Infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — absolute prohibition
• Promotes violence, hatred, terrorism, extremism, or discrimination
• Is related to fraud, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or other illegal activities
• Distributes malware, phishing links, or disinformation
• Violates the legislation of the User's country or any other applicable jurisdiction

streamreach.net reserves the right to refuse service for any content that, at our sole discretion, is deemed unacceptable.

As of the last update date, the Service supports the following platforms:

• StreamSwitch — Twitch (twitch.tv): viewers, followers, views, chat bots
• KickStream — Kick (kick.com): viewers, followers, views, chat bots

The list of supported platforms is regularly expanded. The current service catalog is available on the site.

• Provide a correct and working link to your content or channel
• Make sure the channel is open and publicly accessible at the time of placing the order
• Choose parameters carefully (quantity, duration, interval) — changing parameters after placing an order is not possible
• Provide a current email address to receive notifications
• Do not modify or delete the promoted content while the order is being fulfilled — this will result in loss of funds with no right to a refund
• Do not intentionally violate the promoted platform's terms during an active order

• Each user may have only one account
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain benefits is prohibited
• Transferring an account to third parties is prohibited
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account — contact support immediately
• We reserve the right to request identity verification if fraud is suspected

• The internal balance is not electronic money in a legal sense and cannot be transferred to a bank account directly
• Partial refund of the balance is possible under the conditions described in the Refund Policy
• Order payment transactions via balance are irreversible from the moment the order is confirmed
• streamreach.net is not responsible for balance lost due to the User's violation of account security rules
