Use of the Service is permitted if you meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Use of the Service is lawful in your country

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the above requirements.

streamreach.net provides promotion tools for streaming platforms:

• Attracting viewers to live streams (hourly, daily, weekly plans)
• Increasing channel follower count
• Increasing video content views
• AI chat bots for streams
• Other services as listed in the current catalog

Services are fulfilled through third-party partners and providers. streamreach.net acts as an intermediary agent. We are not responsible for actions of third-party providers that are beyond our reasonable control.

Using the dashboard features requires creating an account. Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all actions performed using your account.

Payment for services is made in advance, before order fulfillment begins. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Conversion to other currencies is handled by your bank or payment provider. Available payment methods: Stripe (bank card), Heleket (cryptocurrency), account internal balance. By clicking "Place Order", you confirm your agreement to the price and service terms.

When using the Service, the following are prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information
• Placing orders for promotion of third-party content without the appropriate rights
• Initiating a chargeback (bank reversal) without first contacting support
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Using automated tools for unauthorized access to the Service
• Attempting to bypass security systems or gain unauthorized access to data
• Using the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Reselling services without our written consent (except under the terms of a partner program)

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific order in respect of which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages, or lost profits — even if we were aware of the possibility of such losses.

All content of the Service (logos, texts, graphics, design, source code) is the property of streamreach.net and is protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without our written permission is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek resolution through a pre-trial claims procedure (response period — 14 days). If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law, taking into account international principles of commercial dispute resolution.

We may amend this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes their acceptance.

This Agreement is governed by international commercial principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the User's jurisdiction apply to the extent that they cannot be excluded by agreement of the parties.
